主要功能：锻炼腰部、腿部肌群力量及身体平衡能力。
锻炼方法：坐在座子上，身体前倾，手握扶手，双脚分别蹬在脚蹬上做正向圆周运动，运动速度不可太快，运动中双脚不得不离开踏板，欲停止使用时，先不施加力量使速度减慢，待速度慢到足以用双脚的反向作用力使转轮停下方可离开器材。
